The Signature Dinner is the centerpiece of Ven a Comer 2025—a vibrant culinary tribute to Mexican traditions inspired by this year’s theme, La Frontera. Held at the beautiful Stable Hall, the evening features a menu by Chef Pati Jinich, brought to life by chefs Sergio Remolina and Geronimo Lopez. As emcee, Pati will guide guests through each course with rich stories and cultural insight, creating an unforgettable night of bold flavors, shared heritage, and the spirit of the borderlands.
