RACE Facility

The Roadrunner Athletics Center of Excellence, known as RACE, was opened on August 4, 2021, and is a state-of-the-art $40.4 million athletics facility on the southwest corner of UTSA's Main Campus that serves as the hub for UTSA Athletics and its nearly 400 student-athletes. The 95,000 square-foot facility includes academic spaces, a sports medicine center, strength and conditioning facilities, locker rooms, meetings rooms, administration and coaches' offices, an equipment room and football practice fields. The Roadrunner Athletics Center of Excellence promotes the academic success, health, wellness and performance of the university's student-athletes.
